✅ Preventive maintenance:
The pipeline circuit must be able to self-vent at the highest point of the seal tank.
Always maintain pressure in the sealing fluid tank, with a maximum inflation pressure of 150–200 psi (10–14 bar).
The isolation fluid must be compatible with the process fluid.
The liquid level gauge on the seal tank indicates internal and external seal leaks.
Typical adaptation scenarios:
Widely used in general chemical pumps, suitable for conventional industrial applications where leakage risks are acceptable and cost control is highly demanding.
Use parameters
Scheme Description: In this scheme, an externally mounted pressurized isolation fluid tank continuously supplies clean liquid to the sealed chamber, while an internal fluid circulation loop is responsible for circulating this liquid. Notably, the pressure of the isolation fluid tank is set higher than the pressure of the process fluid being sealed, thereby effectively isolating the process fluid and achieving zero emissions of process fluid.
