Huangguoshu is a shining gem of Guizhou tourism. Centered around Asia’s largest waterfall, it boasts the world’s largest cluster of waterfalls and serves as a prime example of the harmonious integration of nature and culture.

The waterfall stands 77.8 meters high and 101.0 meters wide, boasting an awe-inspiring grandeur. During periods of heavy rainfall, it resembles “silver rain falling on golden streets,” and rainbows often appear during the rainy season. Within the scenic area, 18 waterfalls of diverse styles form an extensive waterfall family that has been listed in the Guinness World Records.

As a typical karst landscape area, this region boasts spectacular sights such as the Water Curtain Cave and the Tianxing Bridge Aquatic Stone Forest, densely populated with stalagmites—landscapes that allow visitors to marvel at nature's breathtaking artistry.

It’s the filming location for the Water Curtain Cave in “Journey to the West,” steeped in the spirit of the classic novel, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the seamless fusion of cinematic culture and natural scenery.
