Work Safety System Training
Category: Cultural Development
Release date:2025-09-28
Safety production system training is a core initiative for enterprises to fulfill their safety responsibilities and prevent accident risks. It covers all employees and combines mandatory regulatory requirements with practical guidance. Its primary goal is to ensure that every employee understands the systems, clearly recognizes their responsibilities, and strictly adheres to established procedures.
Core purpose
1. Compliance Assurance: Implement the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Work Safety Law" to avoid administrative penalties resulting from failure to provide training.
2. Ensuring accountability: Clearly define the “dual responsibility” for each position at the decision-making, management, and operational levels, and establish a comprehensive safety responsibility system involving all employees.
3. Risk Prevention and Control: Enhance employees’ abilities to identify potential hazards, perform operations in compliance with standards, and handle emergencies effectively, thereby reducing safety incidents at the source.
Core Training Content
1. Responsibility System: Explain the full-staff safety production responsibility system, clearly define the core responsibilities at each level, and emphasize comprehensive coverage of responsibilities—“horizontal to the edges, vertical to the bottom.”
2. Core Systems: Focus on systems such as job-specific safety operating procedures, hazard identification and remediation, and training and assessment. Break down the “before, during, and after” operational processes and specify requirements for closed-loop hazard management.
3. Key practical points: These include the proper use of personal protective equipment, standardized operation procedures for equipment, requirements for certified personnel to perform special operations, as well as the principles of “Three No Harm” and “Four Not Letting Go.”
Implementation Key Points
The “three-tier education” approach—covering factory-level, workshop-level, and team-level training—is implemented in a hierarchical manner. New employees and employees transferring to new positions are required to undergo mandatory training, while veteran employees receive regular refresher training. Assessment results are linked to job assignment and performance evaluations. Meanwhile, case studies and cautionary examples are used to reinforce compliance awareness and ensure that the system is effectively put into practice and yields tangible results.
