To pay tribute to the time we have spent walking side by side and to unite our strength in pursuing our shared dreams, on the double joyous occasion of the company’s 20th anniversary and the start of the New Year, the Nester Group Gathering was held as scheduled at Yanbang Restaurant on February 13, 2026. All family members gathered together, singing and dancing to celebrate reunion, reflecting on the past and embarking on a new journey, capturing the warmth and glory that belong to us amidst laughter and merriment.

　　At the start of the event, employees entered in an orderly manner to sign in and receive raffle tickets.

　　At precisely 9:30, the host took the stage to deliver the opening remarks, providing a detailed overview of the event’s theme, the overall agenda, and the core highlights of the company’s corporate culture, thereby officially kicking off the gathering. Following this, General Manager Zou delivered an annual work summary speech, comprehensively reviewing the achievements and breakthroughs made across all areas of the company in 2025, conducting an in-depth analysis of the lessons learned and gains realized during the year’s development, and outlining clear plans for the company’s strategic direction and key priorities for 2026—thus rallying all employees around a shared drive to forge ahead and providing a clear roadmap for the future.

　　Following General Manager Zou’s concluding remarks, the heads of each department took to the stage in turn to present their annual work reports, providing a clear and comprehensive overview of their respective achievements and vividly demonstrating the strong cohesion and sense of belonging within each team.

　　Following the report, a short video titled “Building Dreams Together in 2025: Warm Moments That Leave a Lasting Impression” was screened, using vivid footage to revisit the cherished moments throughout the year when all employees worked side by side and supported one another with warmth, thereby evoking deep emotional resonance across the organization and further strengthening team cohesion.

　　Subsequently, the event moved on to the New Year Address and Awards Ceremony. The General Manager delivered a heartfelt New Year address, extending sincere greetings and best wishes to all employees and expressing gratitude for their hard work and unwavering dedication over the past year. On stage, eight Outstanding Employees of 2026 and one Sales Elite of 2025 were solemnly honored. General Managers Zou and Miao presented the awards, while the master of ceremonies read personalized commendation speeches that vividly highlighted each recipient’s spirit of perseverance and exceptional contributions.

　　Following the awards ceremony, one outstanding employee representative from each of the Production, Logistics, and Sales departments took to the stage in turn to share their work insights, personal growth reflections, and future plans, inspiring everyone to strive for excellence. To conclude the event, the General Manager presented New Year red envelopes to all employees, bringing the warm and heartfelt atmosphere to a thrilling climax.

　　The cultural performance was a dazzling showcase of talent, with family members taking the stage one after another to highlight Nester’s diverse and accomplished workforce. To begin, Zhou Sumei delivered an opening solo dance titled “Kite Mishap,” her graceful movements and rich artistic charm setting the tone for the evening; next, Liao Kai performed the solo song “Yellow Chrysanthemums,” his tender voice evoking deep sentiments about the passage of time; Zhu Jiaxiang sang “Where Has All the Time Gone?” with heartfelt emotion, striking a chord with the entire audience; Peng Xuan presented a classic Sichuan Opera face-changing act, his mesmerizing and ever-changing skills leaving the audience in awe and earning thunderous applause; Yan Tao then sang “As Long as We’re Ordinary,” his sincere voice conveying dedication and passion; Zhou Sumei, He Ying, and Zhong Li joined forces for the dance “My New Clothes,” their vibrant and lively performance igniting the atmosphere; He Ying followed with the solo “The Brightest Star in the Night Sky,” her clear voice inspiring a spirit of striving forward; finally, Mr. Wen Xiaofeng from the Production Department closed the show with a stirring guitar rendition of “Ten Years,” his crisp strumming paired with melodious vocals to express the enduring bonds forged over the years and pay tribute to the company’s two-decade journey together. With a succession of captivating performances, the event fully showcased the positive, optimistic, and life-loving spirit of the Nester team.
